Hello!

We are :
A parisian couple, 35 years old, non-smocker, without animal, loooking for exchange for holidays our nice parisian apartment for your apartment in New York.

Period : 24 september to 11 october 2011 (2 weeks).

Our apart :
- 67m2, 3 rooms (1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 office), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath, WC separated. Very clean (new painting in all the apart, new kitchen and new bathroom). Very clear (windows for all rooms).
You can use the sofa in the livingroom as a double bed, very confortable.
- Very quiet and typicaly "parisian" building (called "Haussmanien"), with parquet, fireplace (unused), ceiling molding, high roof.
- 2th floor with elevator.

Location :
Very well placed in PARIS, in the 11th disctrict, calm, safe and lively, many shopers, cafes, restaurants, near many lines of underground and bus to rejoin any place of Paris.
Very near : Place de la Nation, République, Bastille (fashionable place, cafes and terrasses, restaurant, shopping, dancing...), Menilmontant (also fashionable and lively), Gare de Lyon... By foot : 10 mn to 30mn maximum.

Looking for :
An apart in NYC, very well placed to visit the city (center) !
