My Paris for your NY apartment (September)

Hello,

I will travel in USA in September (12 until the end of the month) and I would like staying one week in NY city. For this, I wish to swap my apartment in Paris during this periode. I live in the center of Paris in Gare de Lyon district (12 arr). Next to Chatelet-les-Halles and Bastille. It's a one room apartment of 30 m2, very quiet, 2nd floor with elevator, one big bed, kitchen open, bathroom, TV, Internet, washing machine... in a commercial area. There are buses, subway, cinémas, shop and a market in the street until 1 PM. My apartment can accommodate two people.
