Exchange our Flat in Paris 65 m2 with Studio in New York in August 2010 (5-20). No smoking !

We are a couple looking for exchanging our flat in the center of Paris for a studio (or more ...) in New York (Manhattan) from the 5th to 20th of august 2010 (less or more)

Our flat is in Paris, at the metro station "Eglise de Pantin" on the line 5 (3 min walking) very near to "Parc de la Villette" and many touristic places, and 10 min to OPERA by Metro.

This is a nice and confortable appartment of 65 m2 including 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped big kitchen, a bathroom with bath jaccuzy / shower, 2 TV, WiFi, Internet...
It is situated at the last 5th floor (lift), very calm, wew on the "canal de l'Ourcq", great for 2 couple or family (2 children).

If you are interested in exchanging your flat in Manhattan (Greenwich, Chelsea, East Side, West Side...) we would be happy to lend ours during those 2/3 weeks
