Je souhaite faire un échange ou sous-louer dans le cadre d'une colocation. J'habite avec un colocataire à Gambetta (20ème) au 5ème et dernier étage avec ascenseur. L'espace privatif serait donc une chambre (12 mètre carré) et le reste de l'espace en commun : cuisine, salon/salle à manger, salle de bain avec baignoire, machine à laver, internet haut débit, large balcon entourant tout l'appartement, wc à partager. L'appartement au total mesure 56 mètres carré et est très lumineux.
Cet échange serait pour une durée de 3 mois (Février, Mars et Avril 2009) avec un appartement à NYC (manhattan ou brooklyn) ou en simple sous-location, 665euros toute charge incluse.

I am ideally looking for an apartment exchange or sublet (665euros all included if you sublet it) my Paris for your NYC Feb-April 2009.
My room in my two bedrooms appartment shared with my lovely roomate, a male poet. Located in the charming 20th arr.of Paris, near Père Lachaise cemetary,subway and buses, market twice a week, lots of good restaurants and many good music/theatre venus around.
the apartment is 56 square metres on the 5th and top floor with elevator, full of light with a wrap around balcony and:

*telephone-free calls to The States, Canada....
