Flat in Paris (36sq meters, 2 rooms), against resort areas (Greece...)

We are a couple of none-smoking Froggies (25 & 28 years old), we leave in Paris and we would like to exchange our flat (all equipements, capacity of 4 pleople to sleep, 5min from Metro) against a flat in a resort area: prefered Greece, Turkey, Egypt - but open...
Exchange period is 2 weeks in August, to be defined from 1st to 24th.
None smoking people only.
