Beautiful, totally renovated, appartment to rent in the heart of Paris. 5 minutes walking from Rue Mouffetard, this appartment has 37 m2, one bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It has just been totally renovated and it is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped.

The area- The flat is located near Rue mouffetard and Les gobellins. It is extremely well served by public transportation with several underground lines and stations near by: Les Gobellins and Glaciere but also Denfert Rochereau and Place d'Italie. The street is very clam and quiet while you are still near the hectic rue Mouffetard and the Jazz clubs of Luxembourg. Near by you have the famous factory of tapestry of Gobellins and other touristic spots such as the Roman arena. Direct underground line to the Eiffel tower. Within five minutes you have 4 supermarkets, cinemas, theatre and many shops.
