Exchange my flat in Paris for one in Lisboa in august

Would exchange my flat in Paris for one in Lisboa in august for 2 or 3 weeks.

Nice newly refurbished nice 3 bedroom flat on the 6th floor in a nice building from the 20's (with a lift !).
Kitchen (oven, washing machine, fridge...), bathroom (with shower), 2 balconies (small table on one of them), TV....
Very close from a subway station and close to the center (not more than 15 mn to get to Chatelet).
