Siquilor and Bohol - philippines

Does anybody have any info about Siquilor and Panglao/Bohol. Info about bungalows to stay, how to get around there, best diving places etc. I read that Siquilor is ' the sorcerer's island ? Any info abiut that. I mean are they real !! or just tourist traps!
