Bonjour,
je souhaite échanger mon appartement de paris contre un appartement à New York pour les mois d'avril et mai. Soit pour 1 mois soit pour les 2 mois!
I would like to exchange my flat in Paris for your flat in New york city from april to may 2012. For one month or two if possible.

Mon charmant et ensoleillé 2 pièces de 32m2 (6e sans ascenseur) est situé dans le 18e arrondissement à Montmartre tout près du sacré coeur. La vue est très dégagée, on peut même y apercevoir le haut du Sacré Coeur. Les rues et les escaliers du quartier, chargés d'histoire, vous mènent tout droit au Sacré-Coeur en 10 minutes. Le quartier très animé, ressemble à un village où l'on trouve restaurants, bars, marchés, supermarchés et commerce de toutes sortes à proximité.
L'appartement est composé d'un salon, d'une chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Il y a un lit 2 places et un canapé convertible de 2 places aussi.

Located near the Montmartre area, this charming sunny one bedroom 32m2 flat is situated on the 6th floor (without lift) in a 1930's building, with an opened view, a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and tub. From the room, you can see the top of the Sacré-Coeur. In the street, you can find some stairs which will lead you to the top of the hill at 30 meters from the flat, crossing streets full of history, where remains this incredible Sacré-Coeur from the 1870's. This authentic part of Paris is like a village with lots of restaurants, bars, street markets and various shops.
The flat accomodates four persons in double bed in the room and a double sofabed in the living room, with all the necessary : tables and chairs, coffee tables, bookcase, TV, hi-fi and high speed Internet, WiFi.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, fridge, washing machine dishwasher, electric oven.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
